1. What Investor Command Center Is
Investor Command Center ("ICC," "we," "us," or "the Service") is an investment research and analytics platform. It includes market dashboards, stock pages, stock scores, AI-generated research memos, watchlists, portfolio tools, research labs, alerts, thesis tracking, operational evidence tracking, DCF tools, and related features.
The Service is not a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, bank, custodian, exchange, fund, or trading platform. We do not place trades, custody assets, or manage money for you.
2. Not Financial, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice
Scores, verdicts, labels, watchlists, alerts, AI memos, DCF outputs, research-lab picks, portfolio analysis, "buy/hold/sell" language, and other outputs are research tools. They are not instructions. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions.
Past performance, simulated portfolios, backtests, paper experiments, AI predictions, and model outputs do not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain a valid email address, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse the Service, or violate law.
4. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Cancellation
ICC currently offers a single Pro plan priced at $15/month for new subscriptions. Existing subscriptions retain their current billing terms. New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. Stripe is the payment processor and its checkout page controls the final price, tax, renewal, and payment-method details.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing area in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or separately approved by us.
We may change prices or plan terms with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect a billing period already paid for, but may apply to future renewals.
5. Market Data, AI Outputs, and Accuracy Limits
Financial data comes from third-party providers and public sources, including sources such as Yahoo Finance, Financial Modeling Prep, FRED, SEC EDGAR, Nasdaq, StockAnalysis.com, government databases, news feeds, and other vendors or public records. Data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, or wrong.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. ICC tries to ground outputs in data and expose missing evidence, but no automated system is perfect. You must independently verify important facts before relying on them.
We may change, remove, rename, or discontinue features, scores, models, experiments, prompts, data providers, or availability at any time.
6. Portfolio and Brokerage Connections
You may manually enter watchlist and portfolio information, and you may choose to connect brokerage accounts through SnapTrade. Brokerage connections are optional and used to import holdings, balances, account metadata, and transaction activity for portfolio analytics and leaderboard features where enabled.
ICC does not receive your brokerage password and does not execute trades. SnapTrade and the connected brokerage control their own authentication, availability, data accuracy, and permissions. You are responsible for reviewing any third-party permissions before connecting an account.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, paywalls, or security controls.
- Scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, or systematically extract data, scores, outputs, signals, research content, AI-generated text, or any other information from the Service, whether by automated means (bots, scripts, browser extensions, API calls) or manual bulk collection.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, scoring formulas, model weights, prompt structures, evidence-weighting logic, signal definitions, or any other proprietary methodology of the Service.
- Reproduce, reconstruct, or create derivative works that replicate or approximate ICC's scoring systems, research frameworks, signal pipelines, or analytical methodology based on observing Service outputs.
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, syndicate, republish, or commercially exploit Service data, outputs, scores, research memos, or any derived analytics without prior written permission.
- Build or train competing products, models, or services using data, outputs, or methodological knowledge obtained from the Service.
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription.
- Upload or enter information you do not have the right to use.
- Interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or its data providers.
8. Proprietary Methodology and Research Data
ICC's scoring systems, research frameworks, analytical pipelines, AI prompts, evidence-weighting logic, signal definitions, experimental designs, and accumulated research data constitute proprietary trade secrets and confidential information of ICC.
What is proprietary
This includes, but is not limited to: the formulas and logic behind ICC scores, OIQ (Strategic Foresight), SCE (Cost of Winning), moat composite scores, expectation gap calculations, narrative tug-of-war scoring, regime classification, thesis verification systems, claim watch methodology, research synthesis engines, observatory experiment designs, and all AI prompt engineering, evidence-weighting parameters, confidence thresholds, and decision-model architectures.
What you may do
You may use ICC's published scores, research outputs, and analytical results for your own personal investment research. You may reference ICC scores, verdicts, or research findings in personal communications, provided you attribute them to Investor Command Center.
What you may not do
You may not systematically collect, store, aggregate, or redistribute ICC outputs to reconstruct or approximate our proprietary methodology. You may not use patterns observed in ICC outputs to build competing scoring systems, analytical tools, or research products. The accumulated historical dataset, including daily feature snapshots, experiment results, regime histories, and forward-return measurements, is proprietary research data and may not be extracted or replicated.
Enforcement
Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination and may be pursued as misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement, or breach of contract, as applicable under law. ICC reserves the right to seek injunctive relief without bond for violations of this section.
9. Intellectual Property and User Content
The Service, software, source code, design, branding, name, logo, taglines, workflows, generated layouts, scoring logic, AI models, research data, accumulated datasets, and proprietary analytical frameworks are owned by ICC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade secret, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your personal research, subject to these Terms.
You keep ownership of information you enter, such as watchlists, notes, portfolio entries, and feedback. You grant us a limited license to process that information to provide, secure, improve, and support the Service.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the third-party providers involved.
11. Availability and Beta/Experimental Features
The Service may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, or degraded. Some features are experimental, including research-lab portfolios, scoring systems, AI outputs, broker integrations, and operational evidence pipelines. We may modify or remove experimental features at any time.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; TRADING LOSSES; INVESTMENT LOSSES; LOST DATA; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ICC IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ICC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of data or third-party services.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state where ICC is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually and not as a class action.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, security abuse, or unauthorized access.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes may be announced by email, in-app notice, or posting an updated version. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
